We are developing The Bat! v5 ALPHA and have found multiple incompatibilities with AntiSpamSniper.

Could the developers of the AntiSpamSniper contact me by e-mail max@ritlabs.com, so I will send the links to the The Bat! v5 ALPHA and the developers of the Sniper would be able to resolve the issues?

When you mark the messages as spam in IMAP folders, TheBat moves them to local "Junk mail" folder. TheBat creates it automatically. But this folder is local, managed by TheBat itself, and the plug-in cannot use it.

Black rules first?

I guess that you have a white rule that covers the messages, which must be classified as spam by a black rule. To resolve the conflict add all conditions from the black rule to the white rule, and toggle "Not" flag for them. In result the white rule will not be fired for messages classified by the black rule.

Here is an example:

White rule:
Header{From} =~ string1

Black rule:
Header{Subject} =~ string2

Updated white rule:
Header{From} =~ string1
not Header{Subject} =~ string2

Yes, that's the case. Most spam comes from a single account (the one from my ISP...), and that account was not detected I think. Will try with the new build and let you know.

When the IP is blacklisted, it is not important what mail server is used. The problem is in IP address assigned by internet provider to internet connection. And of course you can continue using TheBat or any other programs, but keep in mind that in this case the successful delivery of your messages is not guaranteed.

Antispamsniper is compatible with Win7 64 bits?

Copy all files from the plug-in's configuration folder. The path to this folder is on Options tab of configuration window. System registry is not used, everything is stored in files.
