Hello,

When "Block spam by message headers automatically, on receiving new mail" is active, it's impossible to download the mails.

When I choose "Filter Message on client", it's OK.

What can I do?

In advance, thanks for your reply.

Check the settings of your firewall/antivirus/other applications filtering mail connections. When the option "Block spam by message headers automatically" is enabled the plug-in redirects the mail connections to internal proxy listening on port 40000. Make sure that the other applications don't block these local connections.

I have Look 'n' Stop and since last July, the resolution of DNS name has been changed (KB951748). I have two rules: the 1st authorizing ports between 1024 and 5000 and the 2nd between 49152 and 65535. I disabled the 1st (I thought it was unnecessary) and I think it was the cause of my problem.

I checked again the 1st rule and now everything is working correctly.

Hello,

After several tests, I confirm that the problem comes from disabling the rule of DNS name resolution (authorization ports between 1024 and 5000).

Here is this rule: http: //pix.nofrag.com/c/9/f/de9a7dbc6751bdfbc0d50dacf4d21.html
