I just purchased this software, and everytime I launch Outlook, it crashes. I have tried to redownload software, reinstall after removing it, and everytime Outlook crashes. Here is the error:
[Window Title]
Microsoft Windows
[Main Instruction]
Microsoft Office Outlook has stopped working
[Content]
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
[Close program]
Any ideas? |

A list of suggestions was sent to your email address two days ago. I guess the message was not received, so I repeat it here:
- Did the plug-in work properly before registration? If yes, what happened immediately before Outlook started crashing?
- Please specify the exact Outlook version number.
- Make sure that a service pack is installed on Vista.
- Is there any antiviruses/firewalls in your system? If yes, try to
disable them temporary, including their integration with Outlook, and
see if the problem persists.
- Try to uninstall the plug-in and start Outlook. If the problem
persists, the reason is not in plug-in.
- If nothing helps, try to reset the plug-in options to default. Close
Outlook and delete all files from the plug-in configuration folder
(see the path on Options tab of the plug-in settings). |
