| I've just installed the Sniper in a new machine (as well as The Bat!) It claims to have accepted my keys, but when I check again the fields are blank. I type them in again and the same thing happens. |

| This is normal behaviour. After entering the registration key the plug-in doesn't show it anymore, but allows to change the registration information if needed. I.e. if a key is accepted and your name is displayed in About dialog, the plug-in is registered, and there is no need to do anything else. |

I see now, thanks. The other problem is that I can't find the Spam toolbar anywhere.

Try to reinstall the plug-in. If it doesn't help, it is possible to add the toolbar manually:
