Does it run before or after the filters which have been set up in the Bat?

After trying to decipher why it is giving my email fits, it's beginning to look like it runs before the filters which I have established are used.

That may explain some of the problems it is causing, the rest not so much.

The anti-spam plug-ins work before TheBat filters. This is by design of TheBat and cannot be changed.
