The plug-in stores all data in files located in it's configuration folder. To apply the old settings to another instance, copy all files from the configuration folder of first plug-in to the folder of second plug-in. The path to configuration folder is specified on Options tab in plug-in settings.

Doesn't seem to work

I copied all the files as you said but for example white lists and black lists are empty on the new pc

Consider that the new pc is win 8.1 and the old is 7
And consider also that the folder is not on the same location on the two pc

any idea?

The folders can have different names. The path to configuration folder is specified on Options tab in plug-in settings.

Yes I did that.

On the old pc (win 7) the antispamsniper folder was C:\Users\CR\Documents\mail\AntispamSniper\

And on the new pc (win Cool it was the classic one (User\Appdata\Roaming\...)

I copied all the files but when I launch it, the black lists and empty lists are still empty on the new pc.

Note that when I tried to copy all the files in the antispamsniper folder to a USB key I had the following error message on only one file:

RBL.BIN

It asked me if was sure to copy this file considering that it has properties that cannot copied on the new disk.

I said yes.

Is it related? Or it'a another problem?

The problem is only for white and black lists or also for the database?
How to check if the database has been correctly copied on the new pc?

thanks!

The black/white list items and classification databse are stored in files bsenders.bin, friends.bin and statdata.fm respectively. Make sure that these files are copied properly and have the same size in a new folder.

This is a false positive, other well-known antiviruses detect nothing. You can ignore it or add the file to whitelist. The previous virus definitions in TrendMicro also detected nothing in files, so apparently the false positive appeared only in latest versions of TM
