Hello, paid bat/sniper user....but new to sniper.

I have enabled "Use common junk folder" for two pop3 accounts, but I can not empty the junk folder.

I can't delete the individual email inside the junk folder either.

Please can you help ?

It looks like an issue with TheBat storage. Try to check the folders integrity in a TheBat Maintenance Center (Folder | Maintenance Center menu item). If it doesn't help, it makes sense to contact Ritlabs support.

I do not get many spam mails so will need to wait until one arrives.

I will certainly check the storage as suggested.
