After re-installing AS, just touching the Config button hangs TB.
Prior to that, I upgraded TB and noticed I wasn't getting IMAP email for a few days. The connections would simply hang. Renaming AntispamSniper.tbp allowed the email to work again.

The issue cannot be reproduced. Make sure that you are using AntispamSniper version 3.3.5.3, i.e. the plug-in file antispamsniper.tbp is used from correct folder. If nothing helps, apparently there is a conflict with antivirus or similar software. It is necessary to check the antivirus logs and apply the required changes, for example add TheBat and AntispamSniper folders to exceptions. |

I have checked the correct AS folder and version 3.3.5.3_x64 Disabled the Kaspersky firewall and email virus scanner (that I didn't know was on). Kaspersky Anti-Spam was off.
TB still hangs when I touch AS config or via TB anti-spam setting. However, AS log shows when clicked before config buttons. |

Try to close TheBat and rename the plug-in configuration folder. The path is specified on Options tab in plug-in settings. By default it is a subfolder AntispamSniper inside TheBat mail directory. If it helps, apparently the configuration files are broken. |

Thanks. I am back up and running now.
Can I copy the databases back one by one to get my config back? |

Yes. The plug-in stores all settings as files in the configuration folder. |
