I have update the list of black words automatically on training the plugin checked but I have been training but see no blackwords in the list. Is this normal?

You should also enable another checkbox above - "Enable checking subjects of the incoming messages for black keywords". It is disabled by default and turns off all other black words options.
You can also import the predefined black words:
http://antispamsniper.com/misc/black_words.txt
The list may contain the words that can be met in your good messages, so please train the plug-in on good emails after importing. The spam ratio for the good words will be zeroed automatically for avoiding false positives. |
