|
|
Hello,
I have already asked my question by e-mail but I put it here also.
I use The Bat! v. 3.99.25 and I installed AntispaSniper Pro trial version today.
I see that it stays in me only 3 days to try it.
On your site, I see "Free 30-day trial".
Three days are not enough to test this version.
What can I do?
Thanks for your reply. |

I got the reply of support.
Without completely erase my configuration, I only have 3-day trial.
But I do not want to repeat the learning of the anti-spam.
Sorry, 3 days it's too short to test an anti-spam.
I shall reinstall the free version. |

In general case the trial must be 14 days after installing the commercial version over free version at first time, when the free version was used for more than 30 days. The trial is also extended after installing the next pro versions with major updates. |

Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
But me, I had the free version for less than 30 days.
Why do you write on your site: "Full commercial version (Pro) File: sniper-mui.exe Size: 1.9 M Version: 2.7.1.1 Free 30-day trial (here: http://www.antispamsniper.com/thebat_plugin.html )?
It does not correspond to the reality.
I repeat it: three days it is too short to test your anti-spam in version Pro.
Regards. |

This explains the problem. Actually you have additional 14 days, but the plug-in will display it only after completion of 30-day period of using the free version. This bug will be fixed in the nearest release.
The trial is 30 days for the clean installation of version pro. After upgrade from free version, the trial counts as 30 - number of days left since installation of free version. If the free version was used for more than 16 days, the trial become 14 days. The free version implements most features of version pro, therefore the trial is between 14 and 30 days after upgrade from free version. |

Thus, if I understand, I have another 17 trial days (14 + 3). Is it correct?
Or maybe 14 days?
Finally, how many days for me to test the version PRO? That's the main question.
Regards. |

In your case the trial will be 14 days starting from the day of installation of version Pro. The plug-in uses maximum from two values:
- The number of days until expiration of 30 days since installing any version of the plug-in at first time.
- The number of days until expiration of 14 days since installing version Pro. |
