Please try to locate in Filtering Log a record having the following value in Reason field: "Source IP is blacklisted (IP=*.*.*.*, hits=*)". If there are no such records, please check the following conditions:
- The plug-in uses DNSBL services for blocking the messages by headers only, for the accounts listed on Servers tab. The filtering mode must be "Filter messages on server by headers, then on client" or "Filter messages on server by headers".
- Check the settings on DNSBL page. The parameter "Minimum hits required" defines the minimum required number of DNSBL services, where the sender's IP is listed as a source of spam. If this limit is too high, the DNSBL filter will bypass a lot of apparent spam having less hits. Also make sure that at least 3-12 services are selected on DNSBL page. |
