| I am using TheBat 4.0.24 and AntiSpamSniper Plugin 2.8.1.1 on Windows Vista and when the plugin is loaded I can not receive email. |

- Please check the firewall settings. The incoming TCP connections to port 40000 must be enabled for TheBat.exe.
- If you have an antivirus installed, or some other application filtering email connections, this could be a filtering conflict. To turn on the compatibility mode for the plug-in, disable the checkbox "Check-up the accounts automatically" on Servers tab in the plug-in settings window. The plug-in will stop filtering spam by headers and all messages will be downloaded for filtering. But all kinds of conflicts must disappear. |
