i have had a couple of ,messages deleted from the server which are legitimate posts to TheBat mailing list. the log says
Deleted from server - Source IP is blacklisted (IP=69.241.26.66)
Is there any way to avoid this?
Thanks |

Please, install the latest version of the plug-in (1.6.4). The previous versions contain a bug in the procedure of checking headers, that makes the filter to delete blacklisted messages even if they must not be deleted according to white rules or a list of friendly addresses (whilelist). Using the new version you can resolve the problem by adding an address of the mailing list to the plug-in's whitelist (or simply mark any of the mailing list's messages as non-spam and the plug-in will whitelist its address automatically). |
