Is there any headway being made on this. I would like to be able to test when it is ready. |

The new version of ASS for the alpha is not working correctly for me. I had sent a reply from the list, but received no answer, so I was wondering if you got it. I understand you had an debug version to test with and would be willing to try it if you want. |

IMAP in TheBat 5.x doesn't work properly for me even without the plug-in. So I would wait for more stable versions of TheBat before trying to fix anything. |

I am receiving an Invalid Certificate Error. It does not allow me to view the certificate. Freezes while trying to download the headers of a POP# account. |

The latest beta of TheBat I tested 5.0.0.114 doesn't trust self-signed certificates, with the issue above. I guess this is a beta "feature", because self-signed certificates are used widely. So there is nothing you can do here yet except clicking OK in a security warning dialog.

The plug-in can check the message headers for a long time when there are many new messages on a server. |

Here is a version that allows to avoid security warnings during downloading mail via secure connections in TheBat 5.x:
http://antispamsniper.com/dl/3.0/sniper-mui-3.2.5.4.exe
It is necessary to install this root certificate in TheBat manually:
http://antispamsniper.com/dl/3.0/root_antispamsniper.zip
- Unzip the archive to the plug-in installation folder (*.cer file must be in the same folder with antispamsniper.tbp).
- Open Address Book in TheBat.
- Enable menu item View | Certificate Address Books
- Select Trusted Root CA item in a tree
- Choose menu item File | Import from | X.509 certificate, and select the saved root_antispamsniper.cer. |
