Guessing that all settings are stocked at the following adresse

C:\Users\trevor.L\AppData\Roaming\The Bat!\AntispamSniper\

I have made a copy in my Box files folder and have tried replacing the first folder by the second

C:\Users\trevor\Documents\My Box Files\Me perso\The Bat\The Bat account settings\AntispamSniper

I get a message say that I need to restart The Bat, normal but after a restart the first address is kept and not the second, any ideas

I would like to have the folder in Box or Dropbox folder as I will then have the same settings when at home or at work

Make sure that the second folder exists and writable. If nothing helps, create a text file antispamsniper.dir in the plug-in installation folder where antispamsniper.tbp resides, save there a line with your new path and restart TheBat.

That worked just nicely, adding the AntispamSniper.dir

Now can have both my accounts pointing to the same folder having the same spas details

To have different settings folders for different OS accounts move antispamsniper.dir to C:\Users\trevor.L\AppData\Roaming\AntispamSniper. The plug-in stores this file automatically, but it seems that in your case the folder is not writable.

its writable as its just a Box.com folder in my documents folder and I already use it for a common folder with the bat

anyway it seems to be working Ok

I added the AntispamSniper.dir with antispamsniper.tbp but know it is now found in

C:\Users\trevor.CDMAIL\AppData\Roaming\AntispamSniper\AntispamSniper.dir

Files are read-only for generic users on Windows starting from Vista. By default the plug-in stores configuration files in a folder used as mail storage by TheBat. This location is writable for generic user - profile owner.
