I'm trying to manually add the antispamsniper toolbar as described elsewhere here, but right click on the toolbar and <Customise> results in the above error. What's going wrong, how can I get my antispamsniper toolbar?

Apparently this is an issue in the particular version of TheBat. Only Ritlabs support can help here.
