Hi, is it possible to use an existing folder of junk to train ASSniper?

Yes. Select the messages and mark them as spam using menu item Specials | Mark as Junk. For better results you should also train the filter on your good messages (Specials | Mark as NOT Junk).
The plug-in classifies the messages before learning and doesn't update the classification database if some message is already recognized correctly. It means that you can train the plug-in on any messages in any order. The filter will automatically select the misclassified messages and learn on errors only.

I wasn't sure if it would pick them up or if only it only learnt from new messages.
