First suggestion: please, install the latest build 1.7b5

The more DNSBL services are activated, the more spam will be recognized by blacklisted IP. The latest build should work fast even if all DNSBL services are activated. The IPs are resolved faster with smaller sets of selected DNSBL services, so you can try to find the optimal set with the best filtering quality-to-performance ratio.
