Base directory.
All plug-in settings are stored as binary files in one folder. You can specify any folder on local disk as the base directory.
If you manually change the base directory, it will be stored in AntispamSniper.dir
file in the plug-in installation directory.
If you delete this file, the default value will be taken on next start.
Warning! Don't set a network path as the
base directory! Several users should not use the same files simultaneously.
Don't try to make one classification database for several users in that
way!
Classification database.
The classification database is stored in several files:
- statdata.fm
- sahdata.fm
- histdata.bin
- histdata.bin.fm
You can clear the classification database and train the plug-in again if you
encounter serious problems with the filtering. The contents of the files above is
deleted
when you click on "Clear database" button. You must be sure that
the problem is in the classifier before you clear the database. First, check the rules, the
whitelist and the exceptions, look at the filtering log and try to delect the reason
of quality problems.
