| So far so good - there were no major bugs reported for 3.0 beta 1. But there are a few planned updates before the final release, including the optimization, applying minor UI changes and translating it to all supported languages. |

If I purchase the 2.8 of the AntispamSniper Plugin For TheBat, will I get a free upgrade to version 3 when it is released? Or would I have to purchase the plugin again?
Also, when are you planning to release version 3 of the plugin? |

The new versions are free for registered users. So no, you don't have to purchase the new versions again.

The new version is almost ready, but not all translations are available. There were no major changes since 3.0 beta 1, so you can start using it or wait until the official release. |

This is not necessary. You can install the new versions over any previous to keep all existing settings. |

Yes. The settings will remain the same, except the filtering log. The new version uses different format for storing its records, so after reinstalling 2.8.1.1 the Filtering Log will contain the old records, added before the day of installing new version.
BTW, 3.0 is marked as beta, but it is more stable than the previous releases. So I don't think you will need to reinstall the previous versions. |
